Default Roof repair / vinyl to vinyl damage

I am trying to find out info on products to help repair a yurt roof.
The situation is, there was a add in structure (sunroom) that had a metal roof with a sheet of color matched vinyl that was vinyl welded to the original roof. When removing this vinyl to vinyl sheet the weld pulled some if the original surface of the original roof exposing the fiberglass reinforcement of the roof. Its not ripped but picked with tiny holes. I was hoping to get product advice on repair , is there a spreadable vinyl that I can get to repair or a 8" wide roll of vinyl and weld that on over??
Please help

you might look at EPDM RV roof product. we used it on our food truck roof. It is expensive , and comes in gallon or 5 gallon containers , with a catalyst. it is pretty good , from our experience
