This is very easy. Get the new benderboard that Colorado Yurt offers. It is a composite, nice high quality. Then remove the wall connections only at the door slats and the bottom grommets. That will give you plenty of room to work. Then replace the boards in quarters around the bottom, use stainless steel screws. Voila! Have fun.
