Default Alternative to Stormsure?

House we bought came with a yurt, 16ft I believe. Been very rainy and noticed a wet stain inside, with the water probably coming through the roof where the fire vent exits. Looking at the rest of the yurt there are a few smaller holes which need patching.
I have a local company to me who does all kinds of materials, so can get canvas, etc, at a good price.
My question is, seeing a lot of people recommending Stormsure but (boy) it's expensive, and I think I will need quite a bit.
Are there any alternatives to use to stick canvas to canvas?
Thanks

'Bish' s Tear Mender'

"Trust the Bish" is the advertising tag on the bottle. Ads are mostly exaggerated BS but in this case, that tag says it all.

From liquid to full bond within seconds of contact. Incredible product. I shake the bottle, squeeze it out on the patch and substrate with my fingers, align, and press together for a few seconds. Bond complete.

You're done done. Except of course for the fifteen minutes you're rolling the little latex balls off your fingers.

This is also GREAT for patching jeans and other clothes. ''HANDS DOWN' better than trying to sew patches on the them. Permanent as hell. Wash and dry your clothes dozens of times and the patch DOES NOT come off. I kid you not.

Good luck.

You can also use AquaSeal. $$$$ Urethane sealant great on waders leak, tent flies, tears in poncho or other waterproof garments. Adds an incredibly tough layer of protection to the toe of work boots. Fills holes and gaps and cracks on the side of your boot at the joint where the toe box and the boot body flex. Main source of wear. Rebonds the sole to the boot body. I've used dozens of tubes of the stuff over the decades. For truly massive repairs you can buy the 8oz tube and save BIG money over the 1 oz or 3/4 oz tube.

Only drawback is it takes a couple hours to set, and 24 to fully cure. So vertical it does NOT do. 'Permanent Bond' it is. It does NOT wear out.

OK, poke me with a fork. I'm done. ha
