If your site is flat, you could do a 2x frame laid atop a 4" thick circular gravel pad, and insulate beween the framing with insulfoam board a lot cheaper, and a WHOLE lot less labor messing around...

Buy a few pallets. lol Draw out your frame on 1/4" graph paper to scale. Figure your joists on 16" centers for 3/4" ply, or 19.2" centers if 2x flooring. (Not T&g). If 2x4s no more than 4' apart. If...
