Question Yurt falling apart in harsh NM climate

2018, I bought a mountain property over an acre with a used 30-foot Pacific yurt. From all appearances, things were in decent shape, but it is built on a permanent foundation at a cliff's edge where it is very hot and windy or cold and windy. Snowfall can be heavy. All the zippers on the window flaps are now broken; the door has blown off twice, been repaired once, and is now irreparable. I moved to another home on the same road and would like to rent the yurt, but I need to figure out if it is even cost-effective to repair it. Do I have to use the same manufacturer, or can I use another company to replace all the covers, the cracked

dome

, and everything else? I am in an area where people have difficulty finding pet-friendly rentals, so I know I can rent this easily, at least in the warmer months. It was way too expensive to heat over the winter.

While you don't HAVE to buy it from the same company, I doubt you would get a comparable cover/dome/windows from anyone else. They make these at a scale others cannot and they have been doing it longer than just about anyone else and they know their yurts better than anyone else. If it were me, I wouldn't play around with any aftermarket solution on this.
