GR is near and dear to me. I used the 'rule of thirds' -which is a rough approximation of the GR- in my finish carpentry for many decades. "That mantle really great Bob." GR at work.

The yurts I've made are simple camping yurts with no window.

I'd analyze the install videos Jafo linked and procede from that. Keep in mind a simple straightforward approach is usually better....

I'm not qualified on this so not only no advice, but no opinion either. You need a 'code' stove pipe install in this case and that most definitely is not in my bag of tricks.
