Update: So the subcontractor I selected did a great job over 3 days with his crew. He has been SUPER helpful with putting me in contact with other subs in the area - and just an all around nice guy. Turns out I had waay more trees in the wooden yurt footprint and the fabric yurt footprint - a total of 28 came down. He charged me $4450.

I do still have to remove the tree stumps - I'm going to try and do that myself after looking at a few videos.
