Im in a process of using them due to the soil.

I used ICS SIPS in Ft. Collins, CO. Amazing product and what helped for the floor was they have a cam system that squeezes the panels together tight. That's really hard to do on floors and you wouldn't want to use SIP tape on floors like you would with walls. They also installed plenty of nailers on the edge for attaching the bender. My 4-1/2" thick floor is R-28 and they also offer a thicker R-42. I know they already have a design for a 30' diameter floor

Footers I used bigfoots for my first time in construction and they're legit. The helical footers look neat but if you want something easier than a two-pour footer + sonotube and cheaper than the helical footers, try bigfoots.
