The best thing we can do is spread the word. At the time things fell a part with our Yurt we had no more money to even get an attorney involved and I believe we have passed the statute of limitation on a lawsuit according to N.M. attorney general. Unless a class action suit gets filed we are out of options.
They are indeed still in operation under a new name this year, Fortress Yurts! Hopefully people do their research PRIOR to buying from this company!
