I guess I picked a really great time to move into my yurt, high winds and lots of snow from day one (moved in on December 1st). So maybe that has slanted my fear about smoke in the yurt. Last night was calm, finally. This morning was nice and sunny, the birds were even making noise. That's more along the lines of what I had imagined yurt living to be.
