My quick intro

A little Dec camping.....Algonquin Provincial Park.

Got me a small stove from Cabelas and was very pleased with it. No issues keeping it too warm. Just need someone to fill it every 3 hours while I sleep peacefully.

Door was experimental and I finally figured out a better way to do it.

Next spring will construct a 16 ft version. Was pretty popular in the campground with people coming in to warm up.

Camp Chef Alpine! NICE stove!

Nothing beats walking into a yurt when it is cold outside, and sitting by a toasty warm fire. The wind can be howling, snow blowing sideways, and your sitting there enjoying family, nice and toasty.

You're gonna dig that 16'er dude. Mine had two cots, three chairs, a picnic table, and I also had the wheelbarrow just inside the door filled with stove wood. Dang talk about nice, now that is nice. Grandkids making s'mores with the stove doors open they will never forget that. BTW my wall were eight cross and 5'4" tall. 12" centers. 5/16ths lath 90" long. I definitely like the height because you could stand with shoulder at wall without ducking. Perfect height.

Have fun.
