I have the same and it heavy wind the tops of the studs visibly sway. BUT I don't have blocking between the studs at the top. Curious to see what difference that makes

@ pacific yurts, those are great pictures (I kept scrolling)! I hadn't seen the idea to put studs horizontally at the tops of the wind load studs...going to use that trick to keep mind from shifting...
