From the roof I understand all that, but water travels and it will possibly travel down the interior walls, going all the way to the bottom and soaking all in it's path. So yes I have some concerns...

I am thinking of the solid wall construction due to heating and cooling issues, that and the overall appearance of the interior as well. I can do all the wood work myself, been doing it for years but...
