I have found two more flushes of them now since that first harvest. If it happens again, I am going to take a pic. Just ate some tonight with dinner!

Mushrooms!!
I have trained my boys to keep a sharp lookout for mushrooms. Today when we were driving into camp, my son says "Hey, what kind of mushrooms are those?"
He was pointing to these oyster mushrooms...
