Yes, I have it piped in via copper. Definitely do your due diligence if you are going to be renting out your yurt. You will want all the safety bells and whistles.

For myself, I have shutoffs for each appliance, a main shutoff and of course a shutoff at the tank. You can't have too many IMO..

Good morning,

When I had someone inspect the propane stove used for heat, I was told it was okay. But when he saw the pipes inside that were used for an inside camping stove, he said that was illegal. I live in CA.
I will likely have to install a compost toilet and a shower outside the yurt.

Yes, an inside camping stove is against code in any structure just about anywhere. My stove is a typical gas range with a pilot light. It looks similar to this.
