30' kit with snow wind, 2x6 rafters, 6 windows, 1 double door, full

insulation

was $14k. Round Concrete pad $2500. Electric to yurt $1k. 3 ton heat pump $2800. Labor $2500. Soft warm 5/8" foam faux woodgrain 2x2 flooring $1200. Total $24k plus $30 in christmas light for ambiance and $700 in backjack chairs and boom! Instant space to hold workshops!
