I've been the second owner of a 30' Fortress/Spirit Mnt Yurt for the last few years and can say with certainty that they did it right when it was erected. It has most of the upgrades and was built on perfect substrate with the perfect landscape... on a rural farm near Frederick. It has the 1 1/2"x6 yellow pine floors, french doors and two windows. The platform is solid, as is the three-layer vinyl up top. Now that the nights are getting colder... the woodstove is amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone interested in purchasing one.
