Well, I am assuming Colorado Yurt walls are similar to Pacific Yurt Walls, and if so, they don't take that much to replace. You just until the old ones and tie on a new one. My yurt is almost 3 years old and is in harsh upstate NY, Adirondack snow belt weather and I have no wear like you are talking about. Of course, mine is a hunting camp that I go to on weekends.
I believe with proper care, windows and covers should last all of 20 years easily.
