Heating/insulation for Arctic temps

I am new to this forum. We have a 34’ Nomad Shelter yurt with a 14’er attached as bedroom. We have the 4 season liners and a fully enclosed, R-21 stuffed floor. The area we are in gets down as cold as -70f at times and often hovers at -30 for a few weeks per year. Alas- this past summer- it was upwards of 80 degrees inside Regardless of whether windows are open or shut down.
Our plan is to Use infloor heat via outdoor woodfired boiler- which can also heat garage, hot tub etc... But we need a secondary heat source for times that we travel or go to town for the weekend.

We heat things 3 different ways-
Convection - circulating warm air
Conduction- heat transfer through contact
Radiation- think of the sun warming your skin on a cool day

In my search For alternatives I have come across Infrared

Heating

Panels. They seem to me like a yurt dwellers dream since they heat differently than convection heat. They are noiseless, flat, rather inexpensive to buy, easy to instal and take up relatively no room. I’m of the mind that the tighter I seal up the yurt; the more condensation I will have to deal with. So if we have a drafty house; infrared panels seem to be playing to the strengths of the yurt rather than fighting the inherent flaws (air loss).

Wondering if anyone here has any experience with these infrared panels?
Also any help with insulating/condensation tips would be appreciated. I’m considering 4” foil back foam in between the rafters And possibly using vinyl or fsk backed r-13 between skin and factory liner.
The ring is 8’ diameter and a major heat loss as well. Not sure how to seal it up without losing the precious light.
