Picture Rotator Installed

I added a feature that allows you to rotate your pictures in posts and in your albums. You should see a link under your pics in a post, and you should also see that link when you edit a picture in your album.

couldn't get your rota-tor to go more than one move pictures went from side ways to upside down not sure if it's the button or this operator thanks
