New Feature: Member Yurt Discussions

As you may have noticed, there is a new sub-forum called Member Yurts:

This will be an alphabetical list of yurts that our members have added to the My Yurt feature. What is unique about this is that you can also create new threads specifically about that yurt. For example, if you view my yurt, and scroll to the bottom, you will see a list of discussions about it.

I also added member yurts to their profile pages.

I also added a notification that will be sent to members if someone discusses their yurt. This can be turned off in the user CP (options).
