Davidson county codes might be tough. One reason I moved all the way to Hickman county. The did not have any building codes until 2010. Plus no emission testing also a plus!

It was 350 miles to pickup at Yurts of America in Indianapolis. I paid $400 for shipping on my trailer which made it easier to build, not having to unload the kit off of a semi.
