    If your porch is angled properly, there should not be any seepage.. My Pacific Yurt has a rain diverter above the door. Works fine.

    The vinyl roofs last a long time and the moisture doesn't bother them much. They are more susceptible to UV rays which is more a concern in higher elevations.
