    If you have a flat lot pour a slab. Since it is sitting on the ground you won't have issues with it getting engineered, it won't be considered permanent if it sits on the ground. At least that's here...

    Well that sucks. Hang glider pilots shouldn't carabiner their harness to a velcroed loop either. There's a 'fail' video on youtube on that one. Fortunately the pilot survived.
