Loft or partitions in 24 foot yurt

I'm in the process of building a 24' Colorado Yurt and thinking about interior spaces. Specifically, I'm wondering if anyone has built either partition walls and/or a loft in a 24 footer?

has a 7' 2" sidewall standard for all sizes, so it seems like there'd be good height at the edges to work with, but a little worried that any kind of partition in a 24' will start making it feel too small. Thoughts? Experience?
