Help setting up walls and rafters of Mongolian ger

Hello yurters,

We're setting up a 20' mongolian ger for the first time and are having a hard time getting all the hans (rafters) to stay in place, they keep slipping out of the holes in the central roof ring. We've tightened the tension rope around the outside of the lattice walls a few times and it doesn't seem to have done the trick.

Any suggestions?
