This only seems to work on a very limited basis. Any cold weather makes any level of water vapor (even cooking when humidity remains at 32%) condense on the dome...or freezes if cold enough. I even installed a ceiling fan and tried running it when cooking to circulate air, but that didn't seem to help. Is

planning to manufacture an insulated dome, or a dome that is vented on top?
