Yurt owner wannabe

Am picking up yurt/deck once snow is gone then I'm hoping by mid summer. We need to sink a septic tank, run a line from a well and all that kinda set up stuff. I'm excited! Picked up bank draft today for half of purchase, the balance when we take it. Its a 28' What size is yours? June ain't far away bud so start packing.....;)
 
Plans are in place, but we're waiting for the snow to go too! We are getting screw piling foundation first week of June or sooner if the ground is thawed. Platform built the end of June. We have water and electricity on our site already so will run that it once yurt is up, possibly next year. Yurt will probably arrive end of April or first part of May. Good luck on your too!
 
Learning where are you locating?

With that much time you can read and reread all the posts here.

I do and it surprises me each time what I hadnt picked up on before. This site is a real treasure house.
