Skylight

I have this skylight available if anyone's interested?! I removed it from my Smiling Woods Yurt because I had issues with it leaking. But perhaps if you're handy you can fix it? I think what happens with these skylights is over time opening/closing them the seal breaks somehow. The double paned plexi is intact though (meaning the vaccum seal is intact between the two panes no clouding), I think the seal around the metal frame that opens/closes is somehow the culprit. Also, I live in a very humid and (during winter) freezing cold climate. And I just don't think the metal frame can handle it. I'm in the northeast usa... if anyone is interested, please let me know.

I'm attaching pics, it's a 60" octagonal skylight and the frame measures about 63 1/4".

I had to cut the opener off the frame in order to remove the skylight, but I still have the opener if you're into welding it back on somehow.
