Hello, Yurtlándia! I purchased a beautiful 30' diameter yurt (703' sq) with 5 windows, two sets of French doors, fireproof cover and a beautiful skylight. Alas, the strict zoning around here will only allow a 500 sq. ft structure. I waited 7 months, rented a truck and had a friend drive it down to Sonoma County where I reside. I am asking for my total investment if $32.5K. A new comparable unit will cost over 35k and a wait of 6 months plus delivery hassle. The unit is in original packing and the folks at PY in OR will gladly support the assembly process with chat and videos etc. This is a great offer for someone who can pull off a raising without getting redtagged by the land police. SF Bay Area adjacent folks or anyone hungry for yurt living, hit me back and I'll share the details. This would be a cash transfer deal upon delivery. Also open to trade in for a smaller unit with due consideration. Happy yurting!

Can someone direct me how to post my yurt offer in the right place? (Classifieds). I got to the section whic is not visible on landing page, but was unable to create a new thread there. Thanks much for anyone who can help me push the right buttons and get the post in the the right place.

Merci beaucoup,
Matthew

Howdy. I am looking for this yurt exactly (30'ft pacific yurt) and I live in Oregon. Did you find a buyer yet? I am very interested. 503-407-4732.

In case of buying this (or another) yurt, an extensive documentation for us (pics & description of the setup & living) would be great.... :)
