Moving yurt package onto property

I just purchased a 24’ Pacific Yurt and scheduled delivery for April ‘24. ( due to expected snow levels and need to build platform after) My 5 acre wooded property is in an undeveloped area off gated forest road. Previous owner created a circular dirt drive and 2 clearings. The upper clearing is perfect for the yurt. BUT. The forest road access is a bit steep ( not 4x4) and does not allow turn around for freight.

I was looking at renting a U-Haul one way and offloading individual pieces onto property. The heaviest item is lattice at 250lb. If I can’t get U-Haul all the way into property, I need to have a way to move it from forest road down 150 ft.
None of my friends have ever driven form lifts.
Would like to get a rental drop for dry safe storage of yurt pieces till build but same issues getting supplies into property
How do you guys do it with remote properties
I live in a semi- rural condo and have no property to drop material in between Oregon and property

Help!

So I had a similar situation. I had the semi deliver it to my home and a buddy with a bobcat with pallet forks put it in my garage. I broke those pallets down into pieces and moved the thing, truck load by truck load with my little Nissan pickup at the time, to my property. IIRC it took about 5 trips. That Nissan was about the size of a typical s-10:

I had lay young trees down as corduroy to get through some of the muddy spots, but we made it work.

I should mention that I had a homemade wooden rack on the back that allowed me to carry all the rafters in, in one load.

Saw the old photos of your yurt from
2012. That was remote!
I don’t have a truck but have friends that could help and piece meal was a thought
Fortunately a Christmas miracle just happened. I just got a call back from a contact Pacific Yurts gave me for a fellow who makes a living raising yurts. He will pick up yurt from
Pacific, bring it up north, build it and even build platform on site with lumber delivered according to his list
