Interior insulation ideas

Hi! I'm wanting to insulate an interior wall that we built in our yurt but I'm not sure what to use? I want to sound proof as much as possible, but don't want anything in the walls that omit VOC's or have formaldehyde in them. Ideas?

rock/mineral wool? Roxul makes a batts specifically labelled for it.
