Help Identify this yurt ring?

Aloha Yurt World! It has been way too long since I visited this wonderful forum. Hope you are all well. We have a client in need of yurt identification and she's got me completely stumped! Does anyone recognize this beauty?

The true round of the ring looks like Rainier, but the brackets and some other things ruled that out. It is a 30' yurt.
