Before the door was stained. I chose to simulate an English style double hung door consistent with the late 17th century. Made of tongue and groove
The inner walls were later covered in a creme muslin material to lighten up the inside.
The 'smoke ring' was cut patterns of four griffins chasing each other around the circle.
