Hello everyone, so glad I found this forum. I've been to the Big Island once many years ago and loved it. I am told it to why is even more beautiful and I have recently become enamored with Yurts and you're living. I live in Colorado right now but would much prefer climate in the Pacific area. Definitely want a community around me of fellow yurt dwllers. Also is there a way to Simply rent from an owner, something like a rent to own? Or if not sure about the process of buying land and then buying the yurt. Or is it possible to just rent the land and by the Earth? Obviously I'm brand new to this process so any and all information would be more than helpful and muchly appreciated.
