Default Staying Warm/cool in a Yurt in the High Desert?

Does anyone have a yurt in a place that ranges from below-freezing in winter to 100+ in summer? What level of

insulation

and other features is required to be 4-season comfortable? Any issues with condensation with lots of

insulation

?

Thanks in advance.
