I’m new here and was originally joining to learn more about the yurt and glamping world, but I unexpectedly ended up with a premium never-assembled 24’ Colorado Yurt Company package that was originally purchased for a retreat-style project and has been stored indoors in climate-controlled conditions since purchase in 2021.
The package originally cost approximately $29,000 and includes:
• 24’ Colorado Yurt Company yurt
• Tall wall upgrade
• EcoFoil roof and wall insulation packages
• Dome with dome lifter
• Mosquito dome netting/shade cloth
• Upgraded windows and door package
• COMPLETE SIPs deck package
• Original engineering/spec documentation
The yurt has never been assembled and remains in original packaging/crates.
I was not sure if this section was appropriate for mentioning it, but since many people here are actively researching or looking for yurts, I thought I would share in case this could be a good fit for someone already planning a glamping, retreat, guest house, or off-grid project.
