What I said was "calculation of a Snow load" as in the math you need to turn in to City/State to get...

Ok, Ken here from Yurts of America.

have a few things I will ask and point out.

Nesting Bird yurts was sold to Rainer about 12 years ago. So this yurt isn't 3 months old, more like 12 or more....

I would recommend SIP (Structurally Insulated Panel) sections for your flooring - Strong and Insulated. I think 4" thick SIPs are R-25 (doing this from memory).

At Yurts of America we use Reflectix double-sided (seven layer) insulation. We buy it by the truck-load.

The wall insulation sections are quilted to the liner – white flame resistant...
