I have not bought the land yet. I am using bank financing and I need the designs for preapproval. That said, every town that I am looking in I have sent them renderings or spoke with their building...

Have My Smiling Woods Yurt Purchase Agreement
So I just got my purchase agreement from Smiling Woods Yurts for a 30 ft. diam. 12 ft wall yurt and I am reviewing it. Building in New York, suburbs of Manhattan.
