This shows the flat plate. It is mounted on brackets that allow it to be raised for ventilation but still have full coverage...

My yurts do not use a dome, but instead use a flat double wall Lexan skylight design. Because Clean Air Yurts are designed to be ultra portable and lightweight, a dome would take up too much space...
