Foundation Question

We're building on soil with excellent drainage and no frost heave issues.
There is about 2-3" of loam as the top soil and then a more sandy loam beneath that.
We are considering placing the cement...

We are DIYers so will be building it ourselves. Yes, I've looked into the double deck idea, but going to keep it as simple as possible and add a outside deck later on....

18Foot Yurt Platform Blueprint

Been looking for a platform blueprint with material list for a 18 foot yurt. For some reason I am have been unable to find this for 18’ yurt.

Any ideas on where I can get a hold of this info?

Jafo, I agree. It's already be disassembled. I did offer $6000, but they wouldn't move.

We are looking at two different used yurts that are located in our area...

One is a 27' Shelter Design yurt Big Sky model for $9000. Needs insulation and a platform.

The other is 16'...
