Get yourself a book, dismantle the thing and put it back up.
They were designed to be simple and you now own a yurt, so...

yurt roof cover
I am in the UK and have built a few yurts for myself over the years.
I have always bought huge bits of marquee canvas and just used two semi circles for the roof, is this ok or are there drawbacks...
