Rain catchment systems?

Hi there yurt dweller friends! We are looking to add a DIY rain catchment system to our yurt, has anyone here added their own? Any suggestions, ideas? Thank you!

I completely agree stephanwik - I couldn't believe the difference after insulating underneath. In-floor heating would be loooovely. :)

Oh and Jafo, pacific yurts has been amazing. We only live 40 minutes from them so we drove up to see their yurts and purchased that same day :) I will post pictures as we go, I am sure :)

Johnnydemo, in oregon if your immediate family has more than 40 acres, you can apply for the permit and it acts sort of as a "hardship" and allows you to just place another residence on their land....

I think that is exactly what I am going to do :) yurts are extremely popular in Oregon (Especially in our state parks), but only the canvas kind, and I know banks would turn...
