All of them help- I built a hemp yurt with Hempshield deck resin as a waterproof- the walls are working great so far, but to be honest, I'm feeling lazy after so much building, sewing, lifting, etc. yeah, a 'pro' durolast roof is what I'd like to try- whatever lasts me the longest before I need to change it
I have wool insulation and hemp exterior that I hopefully can keep on and put the synthetic on top of that.
I appreciate everyone's passion here! And speedy responses... it's my first online forum - maybe I'll post a pic! Oh! And I really like that the more 'pro' people support DYI action. I really had no idea about building and was just a former fashion designer excited to be able to use my skills to make a home. Definitely needed to learn as I went- especially about wood building part. I collaged different designs together from books, live example and inventing and customized sewing pattern and door.
