I am excited to list our 30 ft Rainier Eagle yurt for sale and share our experience and hard work with the yurt’s new owners. The yurt was originally built as an instructional/promotional project that will be released online later this year. It was always intended to be built and later sold within its first year. The yurt was originally delivered in November of 2018 which makes it approximately 9 months old and in almost new condition. All of the furniture, appliances and decor shown in the photos are also included in the sale of the yurt. Current iteration includes running hot water, wood stove and electric appliances and lights that run on only 30 amps of power. This is truly an all inclusive yurt package. Please see craigslist ad for more photos and a comprehensive list of everything included in the sale of the yurt plus the retail price of all the items totaling roughly $60k.
PLEASE NOTE: the yurt does not come with the land it is currently built on and the land is not for sale. The sale of the yurt will require you and your crew of helpers to deconstruct the yurt in Portland, OR during the month of September, move it to your own property and rebuild it there. Much of the tedious prep work has been completed already and will not need to be repeated. I will be there to assist during the deconstruction process (approximately a week of work with the right crew), but the deconstruction, transport and rebuilding will be the sole obligation of the buyer and any associated costs will be your responsibility. I will be present during the deconstruction to label and document the process to make the future rebuilding that much easier for you. I pride myself on being an open book and I’m confident I can answer most—if not all—of the questions you may have during the process. Transport of the materials will require a large 26ft-30ft moving truck and possibly 2+ trips.
If you would rather hire a contractor to deconstruct, transport and rebuild the yurt for you, I have worked with a team of full-time yurt builders in the past who are extremely knowledgable and dependable. If interested, I would be willing to arrange an agreement with them.
For serious buyers I am willing to provide a tour of the yurt near Portland, OR. Asking price is $48,000. At this time, we are only interested in a cash purchase paid in full. We are not currently considering payment plans. Please reach out with any additional questions.
