Description
Available for purchase is a beautiful 30’ yurt made by Pacific Yurts. In addition to Pacific Yurts’ standard features and excellent construction, it includes a premium top, additional windows, a door awning, a dome opener, a snow and wind kit, stove flashing, a fan support & ceiling fan, and brand new roof insulation and wall insulation that has never been used.
It is currently disassembled and has been stored securely on our property. We will deliver it for free to locations within 200 miles of Ashland. Delivery may be available for locations further away at an additional cost.
A ceiling fan is also included. The platform pictured in the images is not included with the sale of the yurt.
The yurt also comes with 800 square feet of brand new flooring (the yurt’s footprint is 707 square feet, so extra is included for installation purposes and to replace any pieces as necessary over time). The flooring is 8mm Equinox laminate in Briarwood with included pad. It is water resistant for up to 72 hours and appropriate for use even in a kitchen or bathroom. No glue or nails required for installation.

Brand new, this yurt would cost $24,585 as configured (see screenshot with configuration workup from Pacific Yurts’ website) and the flooring is $2065, plus about $1200 in shipping, for a total of $27,850.
