Description
The good: 3.5 year old 30 foot diameter yurt, UV coated dome, 4 large windows let in amazing amounts of light. Has the insulation package. Stovepipe jack installed in roof, one hole cut in exterior wall to install a portable AC. I am willing to include the wood stove.
The bad: cat damage to two screens and because this is the southeast it perpetually needs a good scrubdown that I cannot provide as I have no running water. You will need to disassemble it and remove it from the property it’s on, which will take a crew of 4-6 and scaffolding that gets you to the dome and roof peak at a height of 14 feet. . I’ll be out mid-september.
This yurt has been great for me but I’m moving to California and the property I’m moving to has a living space for me. Rather than have my yurt rot I’d rather sell it on to someone who will use it. (please ignore the oxen they are not included in the sale)
