24’ Pacific yurt. We’ve had it since the early 90’s but the sidewall was replaced in 2014 with a brand new polyester one. There are 4 windows, a shade/insect screen for the skylight, an opener for the skylight, and the flashing for wood stove is included.
There is a small hole where our wood stove pipe goes through which can be patched if you don’t want a stove. There is also a 1 inch diameter home where a propane pipe came in which can also be patched.
It does not come with flooring. It’s still standing and we will dismantle once someone buys it.
