17ft Yurta Yurt for sale

I am selling my brand new 17 foot Yurta Yurt. The land I was hoping to put it on fell through and I have changed directions and no longer plan to live in this yurt. The Yurt is handmade by a Canadian company. It is made from cotton canvas and and wool felt for so you don’t have to worry about the toxic VOC off gassing from vinyl yurts or bubble wrap. The materials made to make this yurt are superior to anything I have found on the market and were a selling point for me. The structure is made from white ash, upgrades include 4 windows, wood stove pipe outlet, cedar door, winter wool felt insulation package, dome lifter. The yurt is brand new in excellent condition still in the crates and has never been set up. It is being stored in my parents garage in Midway, Ut and will need to be shipped from here or can be delivered depending on location. The yurt will fit into a 4×8 trailer.
