This 16ft yurt is in good condition although it is fairly old. It is a Pacific Yurts. The plexiglass pane in the door is broken, one window screen is missing and the other is torn a bit. Siding and roof are in good condition. The skylight dome on top broke apart during disassembly and is not included. Pacific yurts offers replacement parts on their website for anything you need. It comes with the insulation between the canvas outer wall and the wood lattice. It has insulation and an interior liner for the ceiling as well. The wood decking/floor is not included. ceiling fan not included. The yurt is already disassembled and ready for pickup. We are asking $4,000 OBO. We also have some 12ft ones available if you are interested.
